All vegetables can be hand-fried.
My favorites are lettuce, bean sprouts, and sweet potato leafy
vegetables --- 600g
cold-pressed olive oil --- 2 tablespoons
coconut sugar --- 2 teaspoons
cold-pressed sesame oil --- 1 teaspoon (last dropped)
Ginger paste --- a little bit
You can add it or not, it adds more flavor and texture
chickpea miso --- 1 tablespoon
Black soy sauce --- 2 tablespoons
almond butter --- 2 tablespoons
black vinegar --- 2 teaspoon
how to fry
Wash the vegetables, add seasoning and ginger, and stir-fry gently with your hands until soft (the softness will depend on your own taste)
