Before I was born, I had high blood pressure. The upper pressure was 140-150 for a long time, and the lower pressure was 90-95 for a long time. Mommy said it might be because she was nervous when she gave birth to me, but the real reason is related to diet.

Before I was born (average blood pressure: 150, 95), my most common food was fatty pork. I would not eat meat that is not fat when making soup. Pork chops should have bones and fat before eating them. Half-fat and lean roasts. There must be a gap between the skin and the meat of the roasted pork belly. If there is fat meat, add fat pork to stir-fry the grains, add fat lamb to the beef brisket, and add fat beef to the side stove;
I don’t eat breakfast, but I eat breakfast A, which is pork chop noodles + scrambled eggs + cream + frozen tea. Sometimes I eat M Ji Jumbo’s full morning meal; lunch is usually dish rice or roasted rice and corn. The meat rice is juicy, the zhizhu pork belly rice is juicy, the fried chicken spleen rice is multi-colored, the Italian chicken rice is rich in scallion oil, the Portuguese chicken rice is my favorite, but it must be juicy, the black pepper pork ribs stir-fried in Hedouluan, Xiamen Fried rice with two fried eggs, Western fried rice with two fried eggs, scallion oil fried egg rice, juicy braised beef ribs with rice, Big X Le Baked Pig, etc.; Afternoon tea must be cheese and Western toast. Egg noodle + frozen tea. Sometimes I cook beef ribs with tomatoes and potatoes for dinner, but I only eat beef ribs, soy sauce chicken, fried chicken wings, two poached eggs, fried or steamed fish. It’s called pizza. Definitely a meat lover, fried chicken, and fish sushi are my favorites.

After eating raw food (average blood pressure 110, 80), I most often eat bananas, sweet potato leaves, spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, oranges, avocados, kiwis, almonds, cashews, seaweed, kelp sprouts, melons, corns, and red peppers. Radish, seasonal watermelon, tangerine, mulberry, lychee, mango, pear, pear, papaya, etc.

I'm so honest, sometimes I really can't help it, especially when I go out to eat, I know how to order toasts and seafood, but I really have no choice but to eat chicken. I gave up eating cows a few years ago, sheep don't bother me, and pigs I have almost completely given up eating it, but sometimes there is some minced meat, such as eating raw fried glutinous rice in a restaurant and I am too lazy to pick out some pork. I am obsessed with duck and goose. I used to like chicken the most and would eat it almost every day. , IKEA may eat once every two to three weeks.
