(A)Physiologically:

2. I have more energy and am less energetic than before.
3. I wake up early in the morning to feel refreshed, but sometimes I wake up earlier than the alarm clock.
4. The stool returns normally. (The so-called normal means eating 3 meals and having diarrhea 3 times in 24 hours, then it is normal at first. If eating 3 meals and having diarrhea once, then it is constipation)
5. No longer as afraid of heat and cold as before
6. Reduction of body odor
7. The skin is smoother, the pores are finer, and the skin is firmer (in the past, there were more meat and less vegetables, and there were many bumps on the face)
8. I no longer feel hungry after eating. I am still energetic enough to work after lunch. I don’t want to sleep immediately after dinner (I used to want to sleep immediately after every meal).
9. I was three-hypers 4 years ago, and there have gone.
10. I have a sensitive nose since I am fine, and I will snort when the weather changes or there is heavy dust. This phenomenon is no longer a problem now.
11. I have fewer illnesses. Even if I have, I am almost recovered. I haven’t taken a single prescription medicine or seen a doctor in 8 months.
12. 2 years ago I felt out of breath even when walking up the stairs. No longer feels the same now.
(B) Psychologically
1. I feel relaxed. I don’t care about other people’s opinions as much as before.
2. Not so easy to worry about, many things are taken lightly

(C) Spiritually
1. Communicate more with “above”. It’s not about religion, but because there is a kind of unity between man and nature, which makes me feel better.

(D) In ​​terms of living habits
1. I am really afraid of air-conditioning, because being in an air-conditioned place = being isolated from nature.
2. Every time I get up, I am grateful that I still have time to play.
3. Say thanksgiving before going to bed every night
4. Say thanks before every meal
5. Remind yourself to use your left hand more
6. I tried to use cold water to cool it down. Although I was unsuccessful, I will use warm water on freezing days instead of hot water (I used to turn on hot water in summer).
7. Take a shower and wash your hair without using shampoo or shower liquid.
8. Do grounding and purify your mind whenever you have the opportunity.
9. It’s a good thing to talk to yourself about everything you encounter.
10. Try to eat raw/vegetarian food when possible
11. Communicate more with everyone around us, animals, plants, and even dead things

13. No more packaged food/drinks

1. Everyone tells him to drop some white sugar so he won’t eat it again😄
2. I started to eat raw and vegetarian food. Fortunately, my friends support me. I am very grateful!
3. I have made a lot of new friends with high energy, and I have benefited a lot, especially the students from the singing bowl and hand therapy classes, all of whom have unique skills and are full of love!
